On offer is the chance to lead commercial, costing and tendering decisions large scale water services projects, working for a company offering a generous package including; car allowance, healthcare schemes and enhanced holiday packages.
With over 20 locations across the UK, this well-established business have amassed a successful reputation for delivering excellence within building management, FM and civil engineering.
They are seeking an additional MTC Quantity Surveyor in their Belper office, to work on behalf of highly regarded waterworks business.
In this role, you'll be preparing sales backup information for sales invoices based on analysis of job costs, working closely with the operations delivery team and finance departments.
As well as producing account measurements for POAs, processing daywork application for payment and cost costs for reactive works and projects, as well as measuring quantities from drawings & specs.
This role is based out of their offices in Belper, with hybrid options available.
There will also be a requirement to travel to site when required which will cover the entire Midlands region.
