Job Summary On behalf of my Prestigious Client We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Assistant to join their team, providing exceptional food and beverage service within My Clients acclaimed environment.
This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for their guests.
Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent food service with a focus on quality and presentation.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times to enhance the front of house experience.
Execute instructions accurately and efficiently.
Support casual Food and Beverage Assistants by setting a positive example.
Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
Perform daily housekeeping duties as needed.
Prepare rooms and deliver food service, ensuring proper table settings and presentation.
Adhere to security measures and report maintenance issues to management.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the Staff Handbook.
General Responsibilities Participate in the appraisal scheme and undertake necessary training.
Take responsibility for personal health and safety in the workplace.
Comply fully with company policies, including equality of opportunity and data protection.
Undertake any other reasonable requests or duties as required.
