Your role as an Assistant Manager: Our client, a Top 20 Accountancy Firm is looking for an Audit Assistant Manager to join their rapidly growing team Lead audits from planning to completion, working closely with managers, directors, and partners.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
Take ownership of high-quality deliverables, ensuring audit work meets the highest standards.
Identify and present solutions for clients' business process improvements.
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their development and success.
What you'll need to succeed as Senior Associate/Assistant Manager: ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification with a solid foundation of auditing experience.
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, auditing standards, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Enthusiasm for personal development and achieving career ambitions.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to lead and inspire others.
