Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Children's Residential Services Manager to join our team.
This pivotal role involves overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our residential services, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and effectiveness of residential services.
Lead and manage a team of residential managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
Collaborate with external agencies, stakeholders, and families to ensure holistic care for children and young people.
Monitor and evaluate service performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve service objectives.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role within children's residential services or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in residential care.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Experience in managing budgets and resources.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check
