About the role As a Senior Design Engineer, you will apply your expertise and passion into engineering our seating products through customisation and reconfiguration to suit the customer's requirements for installation on different airframes.
In addition, you will take ownership in delivering work packages within the applications engineering function, achieving on time product delivery and compliance to the regulatory requirements.
Working closely with other Mirus functional teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure effective & efficient configuration, customisation and design of aircraft seating products.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBLITLIES: In your role as our Senior Design Engineer, you will: Engineer our seating products through customisation and reconfiguration to customer's requirements and installations on different airframes.
Deliver work packages for linefit and retrofit engineering projects, achieving on time product delivery, to specification, ensuring compliance to the airframe and regulatory (CAA, EASA and FAA) requirements.
Generate and contribute to the generation of customer delivery timing plans, and actively engage in measures to adhere to plan.
