Job Title: Electrical Engineer Location: South Essex, UK Salary: 65,000 to 80,000 per annum
About the Role Are you ready to take charge of electrical maintenance and drive innovation?
Join our team as an Electrical Engineer, where you'll lead preventative maintenance, own a 5-year asset improvement plan, and optimise the performance of fixed and mobile plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage electrical maintenance, ensuring peak performance and efficiency. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for plant failures. Oversee condition monitoring systems and analyse data for improvements. Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in all activities. Must-Haves: 18th Edition qualification. HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering (degree preferred but not essential). Knowledge of Siemens S5/S7, Allen Bradley, and Profinet systems. Experience with CMMS, Maximo, and preventive maintenance systems. Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits.
