Outreach Worker Salary : £24-25k Location : Roles available across Essex Contract type : Permanent Weekly hours : Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Are you passionate about supporting others to live independently?
As an Outreach Support Worker , you'll play a vital role in helping individuals thrive in their homes, maintaining their tenancies, and overcoming challenges.
You'll work with people facing mental health difficulties and other health-related issues providing support Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to customers living in independent accommodation Help individuals maintain their tenancies and achieve personal goals Deliver both pre-tenancy guidance and ongoing support around welfare benefits Collaborate with a team of professionals and senior managers to ensure the success of our Support Service Develop services based on the views and needs of our customers What We're Looking For: Demonstrable experience in providing housing management or support services, either professionally or on a voluntary basis Experience working with people who have mental health issues and/or other health-related concerns A strong understanding of housing support needs and benefits A full UK driving licence Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
