The Role: As a Sales Manager, you will report to the EMEA Sales Director and will be primarily responsible for driving the development of aerospace component solutions with key OEM clients, supporting their transition to advanced aerospace technologies.
This sector is experiencing significant growth and presents exciting opportunities.
Specific tasks include: Preparing formal quotations and proposals to be submitted to customers.
Overseeing activities and coordination between the business and the customer from initial contact through to contract agreement.
Monitoring sales targets and proposing necessary corrective actions in case of deviations.
This is a remote role, with clients located across the UK, requiring regular travel to visit these clients.

The Candidate: To be the right person for the Sales Manager role, you will need direct experience working with OEM aerospace clients.
We also require you to have prior experience in: Monitoring customer satisfaction to gather relevant information that facilitates the implementation of a long-term commercial relationship strategy and promptly taking corrective actions when necessary.
Identifying and developing business opportunities with existing and new customers.
Managing contracts with customers, ensuring relevant functions are informed and obtaining internal approvals for changes where appropriate.
Navigating commercial issues during product development up to the start of production, with support from programme management and sales management.
Its important that you also possess the following: Previous experience working with aerospace OEM clients.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing challenges with creative and practical solutions.

The Package: The basic salary for the Sales Manager role is between £45,000 and £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
