Fabric Technician / Handyperson Location Goole, DN14 8GA Hours Monday Friday, 07:30 & 16:30 Apleona is a UK provider of integrated facilities management.

Were currently looking to recruit a Fabric Technician/Handyperson , who will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises.
You will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are always adhered to, readily interacting with our client / tenants as required.
In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair fabric systems and components while also installing and maintaining a host of different fabric aspects and on occasions assisting with other duties including plumbing PPM and reactive tasks.
You will also be diagnosing and correcting problems; selecting appropriate materials and provide advice to clients, contractors, and other professionals.
In addition, you will also maintain the fabric of the building including painting, plumbing, carpentry, undertaking general repairs and the setting up of offices and meeting rooms.
As an Apleona Fabric Technician/Handyperson, were looking for: Recognised industry qualifications, equivalent training programme in either electrical/plumbing/carpentry Previous experience in a similar role Broad knowledge and experience of building services systems, maintenance management and health and safety procedures IT Literate Must hold a valid UK driving license To be available to be on an on-call rota In return, well provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of our awesome team.
You will work the above hours and be paid an annual salary of up to £33,000 with access to the following Apleona employee benefits.
