As Regional Sales Director position, you will lead, galvanise and motivate a large team of sales professionals.
An effective leader should never settle and always look for ways to improve themselves and their team.

Key Responsibilities include: Develop regional growth plans and sales strategy Coach our sales people on selling and improving performance.
Our team(s) need to be constantly upskilled and developed to show continuous improvement Establish team communications and drive team performance through regular engagement and communication (review sales growth and what new opportunities are converting, sales update, company strategy/ news update, sharing best practices) Support priority relationships - Meet with larger customers and prospects and lead customer meetings as required Reviewing results and forecasting - Review sales results, CRM, pipeline and sales growth You must be an effective role model within your peer group and throughout our sales team(s) What makes you successful?
Considerable sales experience with a history of strong sales performance, consistently growing accounts, securing new customers and meeting relevant KPIs.
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions Industrial B2B selling essential - excellent sales and negotiation skills Ability to lead, drive and motivate a large sales team Confidence to challenge the equilibrium and be willing to make mistakes Winning Mentality
