Would you like to work in a new, purpose built complex care campus where you could help to make a difference to the lives of children with a disability and their families?If you are dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic, then we want to hear from you.About Us:Tree Tops will provide a continuum of care to children and young adults with disabilities and the children's homes within the campus will offer both short breaks and residential placements to children and young people who have a physical and/or learning disability, including those with a complex health need and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder.The Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated part-time Domestic Assistant to work within our children's homes.
We are looking for a committed individual to maintain a clean, tidy and healthy short break and residential home for children and young people.Applicants will need to provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the homes and provide a variety of regular and one-off cleaning tasks and duties as directed by their supervisor/line manager.Applicants should have some knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations and have an understanding of moving and handling equipment/objects.The successful candidate will work a 4 on 4 off rota which covers 7 days and includes some weekends and bank holidays.Why work with us?Our new, state-of-the-art facilities, comprehensive induction process, and ongoing training and development opportunities ensure that you'll have the tools and support you need to grow both personally and professionally.Our home offers you the opportunity to be part of a supportive and inclusive team that values your dedication and passion.We provide –Regular 1:1 Supervisions.Up to 30 days of annual leave and additional bank holiday entitlement.Local Government pension schemeStaff discount schemes
