Solution Architect Office IT Solutions We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of IT solutions for office environments, with a mandatory background in telecom systems.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in IT architecture, cloud solutions, office technologies, and network integration, along with a strong focus on security.
This role requires extensive experience in telecom infrastructure, as well as Identity and Access Management (IAM), to ensure secure and efficient management of user identities and access control across systems.
As a Solution Architect, you will drive the alignment of technology with business goals, delivering scalable, secure, and innovative IT solutions that enhance productivity and meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities: Design and Architect IT & Telecom Solutions: Lead the design and architecture of IT and telecom infrastructure solutions for office environments, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.
This includes integrating voice, data, and collaboration tools into the overall IT landscape.
Cloud & Telecom Integration: Architect and integrate cloud-based solutions and telecom technologies (e.g., VoIP, unified communications) alongside office technologies such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint to optimize business communication and productivity.
Identity & Access Management (IAM): Develop and manage IAM strategies, utilizing technologies like Azure AD, Active Directory, and Single Sign-On (SSO) to ensure secure and efficient user access across all systems.
Telecom Infrastructure Design: Lead the design and optimization of telecom networks, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance communication solutions that support business operations.
Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, protecting sensitive data across both IT and telecom infrastructures.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals, translating business needs into effective technical solutions that bridge both IT and telecom requirements.
Solution Optimization & Innovation: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies in both IT and telecom, recommending and implementing innovative solutions that improve system performance, security, and overall user experience.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to the team, mentor junior members, and guide them in both IT architecture and telecom systems integration.
Strategy and Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of long-term IT and telecom infrastructure strategies and roadmaps that align with the organization's growth and evolving technology needs.
Gap Analysis & Solution Delivery: Conduct detailed assessments to identify gaps in current systems, especially in telecom and network architecture, designing comprehensive solutions that improve operational efficiency and connectivity.
Key Skills & Experience: Proven Experience as a Solution Architect: Significant experience in architecting IT and telecom infrastructure solutions, particularly for office environments, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and integration.
Expertise in Cloud and Office Technologies: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other cloud-based tools, with proven experience in integrating these solutions into business environments.
Telecom Expertise: Strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing telecom systems, including voice and data solutions (e.g., VoIP, unified communications), ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
IAM & Security Expertise: Expertise in designing and managing Identity and Access Management solutions using technologies such as Azure AD, Active Directory, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Cybersecurity & Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices to protect both IT and telecom systems and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Enterprise Architecture Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, with the ability to align technical solutions across IT and telecom to meet business objectives.
Experience with ITIL or Similar Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL or other frameworks for IT service management is highly desirable.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT, telecom, and business teams.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to assess complex IT and telecom challenges and design solutions that drive business success.
Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver IT and telecom projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will be a highly strategic Solution Architect with a robust background in both IT systems and telecom infrastructure.
You will have expertise in designing and integrating office IT solutions with telecom systems, and experience in ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient communication solutions.
A strong understanding of identity management, security, and cloud technologies will complement your telecom expertise.
Your ability to align technology with business objectives, lead diverse teams, and drive innovation in both IT and telecom environments will be key to your success in this role.
