Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Location:Lancaster Salary:£25k plus commission (Increases to £30K) About Them: Were working with a dynamic recruitment agency based in Manchester City Centre, dedicated to connecting top-tier professionals with leading firms and in-house teams.
They're committed to providing strategic recruitment solutions and building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Role Overview: Were looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant/ sales executive driven to succeed in this Recruitment.
In this role, youll manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and placing talent across a range of positions from entry level up to senior hires.
This is a fast-paced, client-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities: - Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding and fulfilling their hiring needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-quality candidates using job boards, networking, and social media.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.
- Market Insight: Keep up-to-date with legal industry trends and hiring demands.
Ideal Candidate: - Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or sales (1 year+) - Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Skills: Ability to meet targets and negotiate confidently.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive and resilient in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
