Training Administrator Location: Leeds (Hybrid)Contract Type: Fixed-term (9 months)Job OverviewReporting to the Training Manager, the position holder will support the L&D function by managing venue bookings for training courses, preparing course paperwork for trainers, sending out joining instructions to learners, recording exam results and gathering feedback.The position holder will engage with key stakeholders and ensure documents produced and and training recorded in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesUpdate skill codes in HCM for SIA Top Up trainingProduce skills reports as requiredManage nominations for top up training, ensuring joining instructions are sent in a timely mannerCreate attendance lists & course paperwork for trainersRecord results on the Qualsafe portal for SIA linked EFAWMonitor and respond to training in-boxRespond to queries from learnersSend evaluation forms to learners following coursesReceive, monitor and evaluate feedback from learners, highlighting to Training Manager as necessarySkills and KnowledgeEssentialAbility to create and use spreadsheetsEducated to CGSE standard or equivalentExceptional Eye for detail and accuracy with a double check mentalityExcellent written & verbal communication skills, dealing with employees and managers A good understanding of GDPR in practiceDesirableProficient in use of Google & Microsoft SuitesPrevious Training Admin experienceKey Performance IndicatorsMaintain up to date recordsProduce and dispatch joining instructions and course paperworkProduce regular reports
