We are recruiting an Industrial Graduate Engineer for KI (Knauf Insulation) to join our Industrial Graduate Program in the Plant of St Helens (UK).
This position reports hierarchically to the Group Industrial Performance Director.

Join our Industrial Performance team in an exciting role that offers structured growth, hands-on projects, and international mobility.
We are now relaunching this international Industrial Graduate Program for the 2025 edition.
Program Overview: 6-Month Induction:Along with 3 other International Process Engineers, begin with an in-depth, 6-month introduction to our products and processes, starting in Belgium and continuing at one of our key Central European locations.
This phase provides you with the foundational knowledge and network needed to excel.
18-Month Project Assignment in St Helens (UK):Next, spend 18 months working directly in our Visé plant, where youll take on a variety of projects within our process and quality teams.
This hands-on experience is designed to deepen your skills and make a real impact on our operations.
Permanent Position:After completing this 24-month program, youll move into a permanent position with Knauf Insulation UK, taking on a local role where you can continue your career growth and contribute to our companys success.
What youll be doing: Each day brings new challenges and learning: one day, you might be collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve a process; the next, youre troubleshooting in the St Helens plant, directly impacting quality and efficiency.
More specifically, you will: Support teams in the project management of large and small projects.
Gain practical experience and learning opportunities throughout the program.
Communicate effectively and proactively within teams and with a range of different people.
Take an active part in your program and your own professional development.
Follow the international traineeships and continuously develop in the trainings.
Integrate and promote the Knauf Insulation culture and values.
Create your own professional network.

If you have experience in the following areas this is an added advantage: You will be/have been recently graduated in the following areas mechanics, process engineering, chemistry, material sciences or similar.
You are living or can relocate to the UK Language(s): English is required, any other European languages are a plus for this position in an international environment.
Your personality and attitude are key: You are flexible and adaptable to relocate in international environments for shorter or longer periods of time.
You are not afraid to travel and you are resourceful.
You are open-minded and you want to learn continuously.
You have entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving skills.
