(This is essential) To join a dedicated and diligent team in St Albans, Randstad is presently searching for a Teaching Assistant who is energetic, composed, and organised.
You'll be responsible for helping the classroom teacher with various tasks including preparing lesson plans, grading papers, and providing one-on-one support for individual students who may need extra assistance.
You'll also help to maintain a positive and productive learning environment for the students. This Primary School is committed to providing students with the resources and experiences they need to design the life they want for themselves.
They assist students with a variety of extra learning requirements to set and achieve their own objectives by providing exceptional instruction, a high degree of individualised assistance, and a choice of expert-led, integrated treatment.
