Job Opportunity: Deputy Manager - Care home Location: Lancaster Contract: Permanent Salary: £32,500 Hours: 37.5 hours per week P4 Recruitment are proud to be working with a client who are currently recruiting fora committed and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join a team in astate-of-the-art care home in Lancaster.
This role involves leading and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for older adults and residents with dementia.
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining operational and clinical excellence, supporting the Home Manager, and overseeing daily activities to uphold the homes high standards.

Experience Required: Proven experience in a managerial role with strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and inspire a team.
Comprehensive knowledge of dementia and elderly care, including an understanding of DOLs (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards) and safeguarding regulations.
Prior experience in overseeing key service provisions and managing the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
Main Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with CQC, statutory, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of care and quality monitoring.
Monitor residents wellbeing, respond to changes in care needs, and update care plans as necessary.
Foster strong community relationships, enhancing the care homes profile within the local area.
Act as a role model and ambassador for the company, leading the team in implementing the companys vision and values.
Participate in the local management On-Call Rota.
