Job Role: Care Assistant Hours: Monday Sunday, 08:00 - 20:00 (Flexible hours may differ) Location: Lancaster Salary: Depending on Experience GR8 Connect is a privately owned specialist Recruitment Agency that specialises in, Healthcare and other various industries and that has a portfolio of complementary businesses.
We are looking for experienced Care Assistant to join the care team to provide excellent service to our clients.
There is training and development provided in the role and we are flexible with the working hours.

Required Documents CV Eligibility to work Candidate Care Profile Enhanced DBS (if you already have it) Skills Requirements Capable of moving, lifting, handling heavy objects and awareness of manual handling good Ability To Deal with Sensitive Issues Communication And Interpersonal Skills Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Experience of working in a care setting NVQ Level 2 Sympathetic Approach Understanding Of Needs of People With Mental Health Problems What we offer our Care Team: Part time and full-time roles are available Training and Development for staff with potential to do further qualifications Career progression Care Certificate, Levels 2-3 and Diplomas in Health and Social Care Responsibilities of our Care Assistants : Provide the best quality care experience for our service users Support Service users with personal care needs, continence management, medication, meal prep and other care activities.
To support our clients' individual needs Work part of the GR8 Connect care team, support other staff members.
Reliable and punctual Encourage clients to give feedback on the service we offer.
Offer an outstanding service which is safe, caring, responsive and effective.
Attend team training sessions and meetings.
Excellent communication with internal and external staff members.
