The Role: As an HSQE Advisor / Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our business management systems on-site.
This hands-on role requires you to be out on-site three days a week, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities: Actively support and manage the business management system across sites Work closely with the HSQE Manager for the eastern region Ensure teams operate safely and in compliance with HSQE standards Identify issues, provide solutions, and influence positive change on-site Proactively prevent accidents and incidents by identifying risks Manage and conduct internal audits in-house Maintain and update the HSQE System in line with legislation Essential Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in the rail industry NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications Proven experience in auditing Solid knowledge of Health & Safety legislation Full UK driving licence Why Join Us?
