The Role You will join a strong and established family law team headed by a well-known, legal 500-recognised Partner.
Key Responsibilities: Handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and private children matters.
Advising clients with sensitivity and professionalism, maintaining a client-first approach.
Drafting and negotiating legal documents, including consent orders and separation agreements.
Representing clients in court and at mediation or collaborative law sessions.
