Our services are tailored to suit each project, be that design consultancy services or a full turnkey service where we manage every aspect of the design and build process.
Job description We are looking for talented and ambitious 2yr+ qualified Architects to join our growing practice.
We have a diverse range of projects on the books with a particular focus on high-end, private residential and conservation projects with great scope to gain on-site experience.
We pride ourselves in offering a high-quality, design led service to our clients.
We are looking for candidates who can offer: - A design led approach; - Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup & affinity suite; - 3D Visualisation skills (not essential), e.g.
Twinmotion, Lumion / Endscape; - A team player who can build a strong relationships with colleagues, clients and contractors; - Efficient time management and able to deliver to set deadlines.
An excellent opportunity for the right candidates.
Remuneration dependent upon experience.
Flexible working hours may be considered.
A licensed car owner preferred as our projects span the south coast, Southern Counties & London.
Our offices are located in Lavant at our large scale refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Building.
Employees have access to the on site gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, table tennis & cooking facilities.
