Job overview To provide full support to the management team within the surgical specialties Directorate including managing and leading the directorate CAU teams.
The role will involve day to day operational management, involvement in administrative processes including assisting with planning of medical workforce rotas with partner directorates to make certain it remains compliant and cost effective.
Working with the directorate management team and team leaders you will ensure that the service meets and achieves national performance indicators such as RTT, Cancer Targets and Diagnostic pathways, all quality, activity and financial target and indicators.
Main duties of the job Review, analyse and interpret complex data from a variety of sources including: Admissions dataProcedure Activity including DNAsDepartment's data including start/finish and turnaround timesRota informationNational benchmarking dataWorking in partnership with project leads to explore opportunities subject to data analysisAnalyse monitoring data in order to produce monitoring reports for submission to Executive SponsorsIncorporate interpretation of complex data into directorate workstream action plans as required.

Fordcombe Hospital is near Tunbridge Wells and became part of the Trust in October 2024.
