FLT Driver Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm Hourly rate: £13.33 per hour The Role You're responsible for ensuring the delicious bread we produce and package is of the best possible quality, that adds a spark of joy to people's daily lives.
Your main responsibilities include: * Checking Goods against delivery notes for accuracy and damages & completing paperwork * Assist with stock takes * Load and unload vehicles in line with H&S procedures * Moves goods around to relevant departments – using FLT or manual and Electric pump trucks * Notify relevant departments if any shortages occur on deliveries * Notify relevant companies if COA/COC are missing with deliveries * Liaising with the technical team if a non-conformance need raising * Physically moving stock onto pallets * Ensure all stocks movements are accurately recorded About Us Geary's are an entrepreneurial private bakery business based in Leicestershire supplying major retailers and foodservice customers.

We are a two-site business having opened our new £15m state of the art bakery in Glenfield in 2018 along with our facility at Barrow-upon-Soar.
Each site has its own particular focus.

At its core, our business is remarkably simple, with 80 SKU's which includes 6 new sku's launching September 2023, 10 Customers, and around 125 differing raw materials/components.
Although this is getting more complicated as we grow, keeping things simple is a fundamental part of our business approach.
