As a growing company, we're seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring we attract, recruit, and retain top talent to drive our success.

What We're Looking for Title: Talent Acquisition Manager Location: Commutable to our fantastic Norwich HQ Reports to: Jonny Magill, CCO Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Experience recruiting for diverse roles, particularly in sales and financial services sectors.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR compliance is a plus.
What You'll Be Doing 1.
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment - Actively source candidates for roles including sales, mortgage advisors, case managers, and various managerial positions.
- Utilise a range of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to build a talent pipeline.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies when necessary, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality hires.

Candidate Management - Write and update compelling job specifications tailored to attract the best talent.
- Conduct candidate sifting, screening, and initial interviews to shortlist suitable applicants.
- Arrange and participate in the interview process, providing a seamless experience for candidates.

Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and advise on market trends.

Onboarding Support - Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including managing pre-employment checks and first-day activities.
- Collaborate with team managers/training manager to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.

Recruitment Strategy and Metrics - Develop strategies to meet headcount targets in line with the company's growth plans.
- Monitor and control recruitment budgets, including job advertising and agency fees.
- Use data and analytics to refine processes and improve hiring efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Recruitment Success: Meeting or exceeding headcount targets as outlined in the company's growth plan.
Cost Management: Maintaining recruitment costs within the allocated budget.
Retention: Achieving high retention rates for new hires, reflecting successful placement and cultural fit.
