Position: MHE Operative Location: Corby Hours: Various Shift Patterns Available Pay Rate: £13.00 £15.60 per hour (depending on experience) Duration: Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks) Quest Employment is seeking reliable and motivated MHE Operatives for an immediate start in the Corby area .

As an MHE Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that the movement of goods is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely.
The role offers the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment after 12 weeks based on performance and commitment.
Key Responsibilities: MHE Operation: Safely and effectively operate MHE equipment such as Counterbalance Forklifts , Reach Trucks , or VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Trucks to move and stack goods.
Stock Management: Assist in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring all stock is correctly handled and stored.
Health & Safety: Ensure all work activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Promote a culture of safety within the warehouse environment.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of a supportive, friendly team.
Support colleagues in achieving shared goals and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Efficiency & Accuracy: Ensure orders are completed in a timely manner and meet the required accuracy levels.
Support in stock taking and inventory control processes.
The Ideal Candidate Will: Shift Flexibility: Be able to work various shift patterns as required (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
Positive Attitude: Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to the job every day.
Show initiative and be eager to contribute to the teams success.
Communication Skills: Possess basic English skills for understanding instructions and communicating effectively within the team.
MHE Certification: Hold a valid Counterbalance , Reach , or VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklift license .
In-house licenses are acceptable, so dont worry if your license is not from an accredited provider.
Reliability & Honesty: Be a trustworthy and dependable worker, showing punctuality and consistency in performance.
Team Player: Work well within a team environment and contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient atmosphere.
