Job Description An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Bid Writer to join a busy Business Development Team.
Working for an international engineering consultancy the role will involve writing support for bids, marketing, and other areas.
You'll work with bid management, support staff, and engineering teams to craft compelling narratives.
About the team: The Business Development group is a dedicated team that provides a wide range of services.
It offers expertise and support in managing and delivering successful tender submissions to clients or other alliance companies.
Additionally, the team develops and executes various marketing initiatives, including publications and events.
The successful candidate will be required to: • Work with the senior proposals manager and business development team to craft winning proposals, leading the development of high-quality written content.
• Helping to maintain the library of bid resources including model responses for submissions, project case studies, and CVs.
• Write content, including responses to tender questions, executive summaries, case studies, and CVs • Edit responses written by (SMEs) across various departments (H&S, environmental and quality management, HR, and finance).
• Proofread bids, marketing materials, and other business documentation • Create and maintain templates.
