Location: Cumbria, North West England Terms: Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available) and a full driver's license.
A company vehicle will be provided.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (rota basis, 5 day week), field-based, door-to-door at customer homes.
Salary: £26,475.00 basic, OTE £60,000.00, Realistic Targets ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Field Sales Representative, youll visit residential customers door-to-door, introducing them to a new broadband product.
This role offers uncapped commission, allowing you to take charge of your earnings.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Field-based door-to-door sales, visiting customers homes.
Answering questions and explaining product features (full training provided).
Achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
Communicating relevant local feedback to internal teams.
WHAT YOU BRING: Proven sales experience, ideally door-to-door (telecoms or utilities preferred).
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to different customers.
Confidence in handling objections and a tenacious attitude to succeed.
Familiarity with sales tools, Microsoft Office, and similar platforms.
