My client is seeking a dedicated Technical Trainer to develop and deliver their comprehensive technical training programme.
This role supports the client's product range, dealer network, and valued customers.

Adaptability: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to suit various audiences, whether they are technical experts or individuals with limited technical knowledge.
Engagement: Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive learning environments, encouraging participation, and ensuring that key concepts are understood and retained.
Designing Courses: Experience creating comprehensive training programs that cover a wide range of technical topics, ensuring that all material is up-to-date and relevant to current industry standards.
Delivering Training: Skilled in delivering effective training sessions, using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
Planning: Strong ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple training sessions, ensuring that all logistical aspects are covered and each session runs smoothly.
Time Management: Adept at meeting deadlines and managing time effectively, ensuring that all training objectives are met within the specified timeframe.
