As Lettings Manager , you'll have the rare opportunity to lead and shape a newly established department.
Drawing on a wealth of warm leads and a "black book" of landlords built from years of successful referrals, you'll have the resources to hit the ground running .
This role empowers you to build and manage your own team while contributing innovative ideas to enhance the department's success.
What sets this role apart is its dynamic and forward-thinking environment—this isn't your typical estate agency setup.
You'll report directly to the Branch Manager, who oversees operations across two departments, ensuring strong leadership and support.
Plus, you'll benefit from a competitive monthly bonus structure as the key Lettings Agent, making it a role that rewards both effort and results.
Whether you're an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator or a seasoned Property Manager ready to take the next step, this position offers the perfect platform to advance your career and achieve your goals.
The package Up to £30,000 basic salary per annum + OTE up to £45,000 Monday to Friday 09:30 – 17:30 + alternate Saturdays 09:30 – 13:30, with ½ day off in lieu during the week Bonus scheme ( discretionary ) 28 days annual leave Mileage allowance The Lettings Manager role Help establish and run a profitable and well organised Lettings Department Provide an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants Lead by example and delegate tasks with the aim to exceed standards of performance and branch targets Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career Process property valuations and viewings Generate new business in a target driven environment The person Has a Property / Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Negotiator background Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team ARLA or equivalent qualification ( desirable but not essential ) A full UK driving licence ( essential )
