When they are placed, you could earn £1,500 for referring themWagestream – access your wage before payday for when life happens.Retail discounts – Receive up to 30% off at Superdrug, exclusive discounts with three mobile along with many more…Job DescriptionThis role is a Senior Professional (PT) Career bandingYour role as PMO Analyst...Working closely with the Ops Excellence Lead to understand the content and delivery of the Ops Excellence cross functional task and its constituent projectsPreparing Portfolio data for tracking and analysisHighlighting Portfolio risks and opportunities driven from the in flight pipelineSupporting the Ops Excellence Lead in reporting and forecasting resources required to deliver the Ops Excellence pipeline, including people and budget.Support the analysis of the project pipeline ahead of prioritisation.Providing input for the Ops Excellence Director to drive Ops Excellence Steering committee meetings and, ensuring content is produced to a high standard and in a timely mannerWork with finance business partner to ensure costs and benefits are tracked and reported periodically.Assisting in the implementation and embedding of the Ops Excellence programme processes and methodsEnsure all projects are engaging the right stakeholder and are receiving the appropriate approvals throughout the process through existing forums such as ATC, Ops and Marketing surgery.What you'll bring… Skills or types of experience you need to perform the role including comparable roles, qualified or studying towards relevant qualificationsKnowledge of project management tools and techniques.Knowledge of fiscal planning and business case development.Experience of collating, summarising and presenting information, with different purposes and for different audiencesExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel#AC-1
