On behalf of Tesco IMS, AMS are now looking for a Product Owner for a 12 month contract based in the Edinburgh, Glasgow or Newcastle Upon Tyne offices on a hybrid working model.

We're looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our Insurance Money and Services team.
An exciting role where you will be instrumental in developing our IMS capabilities in response to being ready for Day 2.
In this role you will be responsible for developing the customer experience for our IMS registration and login.
This is a critical enabler to allow us to serve our customers across all of our digital channels - sales, servicing and claims.
You'll work closely with our Technology teams, UX Designers and partners to develop our Security and ID credentials.
Key responsibilities: Data collection and management : Manage Security & ID considerations.
Ensure accurate data collection, tracking, and integration across digital channels.
Collaboration and communication: Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align analytics with overall business objectives.
Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Agile backlog management: Create, review, and prioritise the backlog which aligns to the product vision and creates value in line with OKRs.
Review the backlog and work with other Product Owners on coordination of dependencies and, where necessary, reprioritise the work and deployment of resources to achieve the desired outcomes.
Create and utilise feedback loops to monitor performance.
Leadership and direction: Communicate and explain the technical detail and priorities to teams and/or stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
Support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done and how this relates to the broader outcomes.
Product development : Define and deliver products or solutions that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available.
Plan, create and coordinate the identification of artefacts related requirements and decisions.
Ensure the information is readily available and communicated to the wider organisation.
Business case: Create business cases as required that outline the feasibility and benefits to the business and or the customer.
Skills and Qualifications: Digital Product Owner experience in a related industry.
Experience working with Digital partners, technologies, and tools.
Strong communications skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate analysis and insights to a range of audiences across the business.
Strong commercial acumen, demonstrating a sound understanding of business objectives and ability to align plans to these.
A relentless customer focus, ensuring we drive the development of exceptional digital customer experiences that deliver customer and business value.
Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced organisation, prioritising individual and team backlogs on activities that add most value.
Desirables: Previous Financial Services experience is ideal.
Experience of working with Technology, Security & ID applications.
Experience working in an agile change environment.
