Direct 2 Desk (D2D) is our all-in-one remote device management service.
It's a big deal for us and due to its ongoing success, we have a brand new role we need to fill
Within this new role, you'll be one of the hero's behind the service, focusing on booking in goods received from our D2D customers.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes: Ensuring all relevant documentation is received for D2D deliveries (meaning no missing "paperwork" on your watch).
Recording any discrepancies or damaged items (because nobody likes surprises, unless it's cake).
Processing items through our triage process (giving each item the VIP check over).
But wait, there's more
This role is offers lots of variety, as you'll be trained up in other areas of our business, such as our showroom and returns department, so you can help to provide cover, as needed.
What we're looking for: As the successful candidate, you'll be a methodical individual who excels at ensuring everything is processed correctly (basically, being organised is one of your superpowers).
Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential for relaying information accurately to customers and colleagues across different department.
You'll have a can-do attitude and will strive to deliver the highest standards.
Enthusiasm to learn and flexibility to support other areas when needed are key.
Experience in a similar role is a plus, but most importantly, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn.
This is a great role for someone who has an interest in tech and is ready to start their tech career with a company recognised as one of the top 100 companies to work for in the South East, as voted for by our employee's in the Best Companies survey (yup, we're kind of a big deal, you could say).
If this sounds like your perfect next role, we want to hear from you

Their passion for what they do is unmatched, and the Repairs Supervisor is dedicated to training and development.
Many of our Repairs team members often progress within the company, making it an awesome place for anyone eager to advance their career.
What working here means for you: This role is based at our head office in Portchester, Hampshire, where the tea, coffee, and hot chocolate flow freely.
We even have Bovril for those who fancy it
There are heaps of other perks when working for us too
For starters, we're a top 100 company to work for in the South East, as voted by our amazing staff via the Best Companies engagement survey.
We jam to music while we work and embrace a non-corporate vibe.
We believe that when you can be your authentic self, whilst working with some cool people, that you enjoy your work more and take greater pride in what you do.
We're all about your wellbeing and regularly organise team events, employee awards, and charity dos.
We also care about the environment and have won awards for our efforts, which include being a net positive business (meaning we put more energy back into the grid than we use – which we are super proud of)
Our Portchester site has excellent transport links, with free staff parking and a secure bike shed if you prefer to pedal in.
Plus, there's: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (with the option to buy extra days) Health plan scheme Cycle to work scheme Employee wellbeing Programme Staff discounts Social and wellbeing events An awesome breakout room with gaming PC's, TV, board games, books and a pool table Kitchen and shower facilities About us: For over 37 years, we've been rocking the IT tech scene, and our passion for it only grows stronger
While gaming and retail are part of our business, our true expertise lies in our work within the business to business arena, partnering with some of the biggest and most respected names across various industries to deliver top-notch tech solutions.
From crafting life-saving training simulators and constructing intricate servers to streamlining the onboarding and offboarding of remote staff with our Direct 2 Desk service, we're always at the forefront of exciting and ground breaking projects.
How cool is that?
