We're thrilled to be working with a fantastic primary school in Loughton, and we're on the hunt for an amazing HLTA to join their team
What's the Role?
This full-time position is available to start immediately and will run until the end of the academic year.
As a key member of the school's support staff, you'll:
Lead engaging intervention sessions with individuals and small groups to help pupils reach their full potential.
Step in to cover classes across the school, ensuring continuity and providing a positive learning environment.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to plan, deliver, and assess activities that make a real difference.
Promote a friendly and inclusive atmosphere where all pupils can thrive.
What We're Looking For:
An HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
Confidence and experience in leading classes and delivering interventions.
A good understanding of the primary curriculum and creative ways to support children's learning.
A friendly, proactive approach and the ability to adapt to different situations.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's well-being.
