Job summary You will be expected to provide direct operational supportto the Nottinghamshire senior management team, ensuring projects and managed and completed in a timelymanner.
You will be responsible for compiling data required to monitor the performance of the contracts in Nottinghamshire and take on some responsibility for the day-to-day running of the IWS.
Main duties of the job This post will work under the line management of the DeputyHead of Service and will also providesupport to the Head ofService.
The role will be varied, challenging, and rewarding as you support anddevelop the service(s) through implementation, delivery and ongoing innovationand service development.

This transformative service will play a central role in system change,bringing previously separatelifestyle behaviour changefunctions together into one service.It seeks to work collaboratively with communities to support thetransformation of services for the local population.
The service will provide integrated behaviour support for smoking cessation, weight management,alcohol reduction, physical activity and falls prevention, all embedded insustainable behaviour change and positive wellbeing.
Job description Job responsibilities Key responsibilities willbe: Manage Nottinghamshire projectsin line with Prince 2 method.
Oversee day to day line management of Project Leads including absence,annual leave, expenses, staffing issues etc.
Deal with the day-to-day operational issues and reportto SLs where requiredor to consult on more complex matters.
Oversee restructurings of the Nottinghamshire delivery teams where required.
Support at operation meetings mini PRB and Ops meetings by maintaining action log and workwith leads to ensure actions are completed.
Monitor serviceperformance daily throughuse of Power BI and databaseproviding SLs with updatesduring a morning briefing, identifying trends and areas of concern.
Develop,independently manage and maintain systems to monitor project performance and enable achievement of key milestones.
This will include devisinga plan for district specifictargets based on activity levels.
Support DHOS with implementation of operational changesthat may be required to driveperformance.
Coordinate training for deliverystaff and projectleads Manage and submit monthlypayroll updates.
Keep track of commissioner requests, deadlines for reports and data submissions.
Ensure actions fromleads are followed up and information is submitted to SLs in a timely mannerto finalise reports.
Support Project Leadswith complex HRissues.
Regularly monitor and reviewstaff capacity and run spot checks on individual caseloads to ensure equityacross the service.
Attend high-level external meetings as required.
Review reportsdaily, weekly, monthlyto ensure efficiency within the serviceCarry out Performance meetings with the DeputyHead of Service on a weekly basis Deputy chair of all operationsmeetingsSupport mobilisation of new contracts into the service Ensure all referrals to MDT and represent the Nottingham serviceat the monthly MDT meetingSkills and Competencies Required Be an experiencedmanager use to workingin a health and/or community settingExperienced working with Microsoft Office,database systems and the Prince 2 method Positive and proactiveworking at pace with multiple tasks Adept in communication; positive and welcoming communication style with all patients, health professionals and colleaguesBuild strongrelationships;good team playerhappy to work as part of a team and workindependently on own tasks Quality driven; you naturally seek highstandards and actively seek toimprove them.
