We are seeking a Change & Communications Partner to lead impactful change initiatives, ensuring business projects achieve their full potential by enhancing employee adoption and stakeholder engagement.
Crafting and implementing change management strategies.
Engaging and managing diverse stakeholders to foster sustainable change.
Designing clear, impactful communication plans.
Collaborating with training teams to empower employees with essential skills.
Conducting impact analyses and preparing organisations for transformation.
Tracking, evaluating, and enhancing change project success.

As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, HR, or related fields.
Experience: A wealth of experience in change management expertise, particularly in large, complex organisations.
Certifications: Prosci or ACMP certification preferred.
Skills: Outstanding communication, analytical, and project management abilities with a knack for fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

About Us We are a fourth-generation family business producing high quality own-label products for many of the UKs best-known retailers along with our own brands including Ginsters, Soreen, Higgidy, Dickinson & Morris, Urban Eat, West Cornwall Pasty Company and Walker & Son.
