Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and rigorous Maths lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering deep mathematical understanding.
Student Engagement: Inspire students to achieve their best, encouraging them to apply knowledge creatively and confidently.
Assessment and Feedback: Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback, preparing students for assessments and future success.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom that supports student wellbeing and respects the school's ethos.
Collaboration: Work with the Maths department to develop the curriculum and share best practices.
Pastoral Support: Contribute to the school's commitment to moral and spiritual growth through supportive relationships and mentoring.
Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification specializing in Maths.
Subject Expertise: Solid knowledge of the Maths curriculum, with the ability to teach various topics confidently.
