This is a prestigious role managing a large, talented team across multiple sites, including a Chef Manager, Senior Sous, and a Sous Chef at the Sixth Form.
You'll bring creativity and passion for fresh, high-quality food to deliver exceptional dining experiences for 900 pupils, staff, and special events.

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Drive culinary innovation and ensure all dishes are crafted with taste and quality in mind.
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, stock management, and supplier relationships.
Lead and inspire a large team, ensuring collaboration and excellence across all kitchens.
Deliver exceptional hospitality services, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Manage events and ensure seamless execution of catering for various functions.
Qualifications Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally in a school or multi-site environment Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team Expertise in fresh, seasonal, and innovative food preparation Strong knowledge of stock control, ordering, and kitchen management systems Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences Additional Information Holroyd Howe is one of the UK's leading contract caterers, providing fresh innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges.
