Main duties of the job This is a senior nursing position so you will be keen to develop from a leadership perspective, be able to support junior staff and learners, be able to offer clinical supervision and training as well as positive role modelling.
Your values are essential to this role; we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a lasting impact on young people, who insists on doing things with care and due diligence and is able to think on their CAMHS inpatient unit structure has been newly designed, specifically to enable and encourage progression; your development is vital to the service.
