About the Role In this pivotal position, you'll own the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top level customer service.
Key responsibilities include: Managing the monthly billing cycle for airtime services, resolving any errors, and ensuring invoices are delivered on time.
Overseeing system configurations for activations, deactivations, and service changes.
Analysing data and producing detailed airtime reports to aid executive decision-making.
Acting as a subject matter expert for billing systems (NIBS, INSIGHT) and supporting internal and external customers.
Providing training and support to team members while fostering strong relationships with other departments and global offices.
What They're Looking For My client are seeking a highly organised professional with a proactive mindset, with the following skills and experience: Required: Proven experience in billing and provisioning processes , ideally within telecoms or satellite communications.
Advanced knowledge of Excel , including pivot tables, charts, and lookup functions.
Team management experience with a track record of delivering high-level customer service.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High-level computer literacy and a willingness to learn quickly.
Desirable: Knowledge of SQL or Access .
Familiarity with Navision/Great Plains ERP systems .
Experience in the satellite communications or cellular sectors .
