We're hiring Team Leaders for our Family Assessment Centre in Barnsley
Location : Barnsley Job Types: Full-Time (across a full rota pattern) Salary: From £29,720 to £37,852.80 per annum OR £13.25 - £17.16 inclusive of 4 sleep-ins per month, based on a 40 hour per week average.

Implementing parenting interventions and supporting parents to develop the skills necessary to rear their children, by encouraging, teaching and modelling Supporting families with daily living tasks, attending appointments and activities.
Having a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
Support parents to reach their full potential in caring for their children Mentor and develop less experienced staff Our Ideal Candidate will: Have their level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma or relevant qualification Either hold or willing to work towards a Management qualification preferred Have a genuine desire to improve lives and promote self-esteem Demonstrate excellent communication skills and empathy Stay calm under pressure and work flexibly Have leadership qualities and experience of mentoring and supporting less experienced staff Be willing to learn and go the extra mile Join us in making a positive impact on families' lives
