Role Description We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant (Treasury) to join our team in Manchester.
This role will support the finance team by ensuring accurate and timely processes, particularly with month-end activities, journal postings, and transactional queries.
The Finance Assistant will also play a key role in treasury fraud prevention and contribute to improving departmental efficiencies.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in finance, treasury, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Principle Accountabilities: Accurate and timely processes to assist with month-end to ensure targets are achieved.
Responsibility of all journal postings for the EMEA region.
Following up with transactional queries.
Responsibility of the Treasury fraudulent prevention process.
Input in improving efficiencies within the department.
Work closely with regional internal departments to build strong working relationships.
Ad hoc duties as and when required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Essential: Preferred experience in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic Accounting double-entry knowledge.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Good Communication skills.
Desirable: Knowledge of Safe Tempest & D365.

Internal Controls, Processes and Procedures.
