Kestrel is delighted to be supporting Graysons to find an outstanding Head Chef for an internationally acclaimed visitor attraction.
Wakehurst Botanical Gardens in Haywards Heath is part of the Kew Gardens family, and is a fantastic home to thousands of beautiful plants and gardens.
It's a must for local tourists, and a firm favourite with local families.
We are looking to welcome a new Head Chef to lead the quality and choice of food on offer across a number of outlets.
You'll create delicious menus for the busy cafe, while also leading on event menus for weddings and hospitality events.
As well as being a fabulous location, and a premium feather in your CV's hat, getting to work with Graysons will give you the opportunity to work with a team that's small enough for you to know everyone, but big enough to provide the support and ongoing training to help you continue to build a career.
With contracts nationwide, in both the Visitor Attraction and Business and Industry sectors, opportunities abound for the right person.
Salary is up to £40,000 per annum, with a suite of excellent benefits including life insurance, wellbeing support and access to continued personal development opportunities.
If you're an experienced Head Chef, with a head for creating fantastic fresh food, excellent food safety credentials and an understanding of making the numbers work, then this could be the role for you.
