You will manage referrals into the service, completing triage assessment and providing appropriate harm reduction advice.
You will also develop plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be.

We're looking for demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with those with substance misuse issues.
You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of a team to ensure a high quality service is maintained.
