/n/n Roles & Responsibilities /n As a Private Client Tax Advisory Associate Director you will be responsible for: /n /n - Reviewing tax reports prepared by junior members of the team.
/n - Ensuring WIP analysis and billing are kept up to date.
/n - Ensuring files are of an appropriate standard for QCR purposes.
/n - Liaising with HMRC regarding various issues.
/n - Assisting the partner with identifying specific advisory issues to consider e.g.
shareholder profit extraction/exit planning, shareholder and personal succession planning, individual relocation etc.
/n /n Skills, Knowledge and Experience /n /n - Holds relevant professional qualification (e.g.
CTA) or equivalent experience.
/n - Extensive experience of personal tax services.
/n - Significant experience of developing project plans and ensuring deadlines are met.
/n - Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, develop new initiatives and methodologies.
/n - Experience of identifying opportunities for business development on tax clients and across other service lines.
/n - Proficiency with personal tax on CCH Central would be an advantage.
