Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join a global Pharmaceutical company based in the London / Surrey border on a hybrid basis.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of HR projects across HR Operations and broader HR functions.
This role offers the chance to significantly impact business objectives by increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
This is an initial contract until March 2025, with possible extension.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your duties as the Project Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1.
As the Project Manager, you will provide project management support for various HR projects across HR Operations and broader HR teams.
2.
As the Project Manager, you will ensure effective governance of HR projects, including reporting standards for steering committee, executive, and board meetings.
3.
As the Project Manager, you will collaborate on communications related to HR Projects, utilising common HR communication plans and activities.
4.
As the Project Manager, you will act as the quality control and advisory point for projects, offering ongoing support and managing issue resolution.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Project Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history: 1.
Relevant degree in a HR or Project Management related field.
2.
Proven industry experience in HR project management.
3.
A working knowledge and practical experience with project governance and communication strategies.
