Arise Recruit have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor that would be excited to join a forward thinking, dynamic and rapidly growing main contractor in East Sussex.
As a Quantity Surveyor for this company you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of projects working with innovative clients and partnering with organisations to deliver high profile construction projects.
This company has a number of different business streams which we are more than happy to go into detail in with interested applicants.
Projects are mostly JCT Design & Build Project between £5M - £30M, secured through Frameworks and traditional tenders.
As a Quantity Surveyor within the commercial team you will provide commercial advice for bids and tenders, and be responsible for leading your own projects, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.
To be considered for the role you will have: * A min of 2 years experience as lead Quantity Surveyor on D&B construction projects working for a Main Contractor * A proven track record of successful delivery of projects.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
