We are currently working with a rapidly growing UK Catering Equipment/Maintenance provider to recruit a Senior Sales Manager to manage their UK sales teams.
The role will be predominately based out of the office in Maidenhead, mixed with remote work and client travel when required The business is entering an exciting growth phase in the UK and looking for a strategic, people-focused leader with solid sales and commercial experience to help shape a high-performing sales team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for building and leading a motivated sales team, setting ambitious targets, and implementing effective strategies.
We are ideally looking for individuals from a service-lead sales background with proven experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing sales teams.
Demonstrated success in managing a value-led sales process would also be beneficial Key Responsibilities * Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
* Set and drive performance against ambitious sales metrics and targets.
* Lead market segmentation and targeting efforts, ensuring delivery against strategic goals.
* Provide coaching and development to your team, helping them grow professionally and achieve their potential.
* Make swift, data-driven decisions and execute actionable plans to maintain momentum.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for increased revenue and growth.

* Demonstrated success in managing a value-led sales process.
* Expertise in pipeline and sales funnel management.
* Analytical thinker with the ability to use data to influence business-critical decisions.
* Commercially astute, with confidence in delivering accurate forecasts and budgets to leadership.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders at various levels
