Location: Preferably this role will be based at our Poole office but we may be able to consider someone being based at the Manchester office.
We are offering hybrid working in which we see you will spend on average 2 days per week at our office.

What part will you play?
As a Consultant / Project Manager, you will play a key supporting role in leading and handling IT & Cyber Security projects at various levels within the organization.
With your extensive expertise and a complete consulting approach, you will help our clients effectively implement and further develop our service offerings.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Project Leadership Support: You will actively support the leadership and management of IT projects, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure that all project requirements regarding time, quality, and budget are met.
- Interface Management: Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will serve as the main liaison between clients, internal project teams, and key account managers, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Consulting & Optimization: Supporting clients in the digitalization and optimization of their IT processes and supply to the ongoing development portfolio to meet evolving business needs.
- Project Management Support: You will assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of project management and controlling tools, ensuring structured status reporting and clear, comprehensive project documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Through continuous analysis, you will find opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and the quality of methods and processes.
- Business Development: As an advocate for our Shared Services, you will identify new business opportunities and give to the growth and evolution of our service offerings.

- You have a degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Studies, or a related field.
- You will have some practical experience in international IT project management type role or equivalent.
- You have a solid understanding of IT and keep yourself up to date with the latest trends and tools.
- Basic Knowledge of Cyber Security (e.g., hardening, vulnerability management, network segmentation) and an understanding of standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls) is desirable.
- You are familiar with both traditional and agile project management methodologies and ideally hold relevant certifications (e.g., PM@Siemens, IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Scrum, or SAFe).
- You have strong teamwork skills and can communicate effectively with partners at all levels.
