SHEQ Manager- Fermanagh A leading player in the Industrial manufacturing industry is seeking a SHEQ Managerto join their team in Fermanagh

With a workforce in the hundreds and a turnover in the high millions, our client is looking to expand their highly successful team with a talented on-site SHEQ Manager.
THE ROLE: Predominantly based on their site in Fermanagh, this role will also require some travel to their UK site (once a month for a few days).The successful SHEQ Manager will be responsible for: Management of 1 Health and Safety Officer on-site responsible for all the plant training including manual handling and inductions Developing, implementing and managing the health and safety system along with the environmental plan for the business and ensuring compliance across the sites Conducting site inspections and audits, producing RAMS, documenting incidents and implementing changes Working with external authorities and auditing bodies (ISOs, EPA, local councils) THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to candidates with the following backgrounds: Health and Safety Managementexperience is essential Experience dealing with external auditing bodies is extremely advantageous Coming from a heavy Manufacturing background (steel, metal, quarry/mining, timber, etc) is very beneficial but candidates from other manufacturing H&S backgrounds or construction H&S will also be considered THE PACKAGE: Salary: negotiable DOE Discounted VHI (Voluntary Health Insurance) Pension scheme LOCATION: Fermanagh All candidates who are living within a commutable distance to Fermanagh are encouraged to apply
