We are offering a basic salary of up to £36,000 plus company benefits.
The Senior Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership.
Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service – its about building warm, trusted relationships.
The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
As a senior service advisor we would look for you to support the other service advisors in the team, and ensure the smooth running of the service desk.
For this role, we are looking for you to have a previous experience as a service advisor in the motor trade; this is essential for you to be considered.
Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
